Delivery

We hope you can appreciate that all our parcels are packaged with recyclable, eco-friendly, biodegradable materials and even materials that we have recycled from our own deliveries. 

Every order is sent the same day dispatch (working day), in rare circumstances it may be sent the next day. Every parcel will include free samples of incense, nothing says personalised more than a warming scent. (If you do not want free samples please leave a message in the "notes" during checkout).

If you are local to Milton Keynes you will have the option for local delivery, meaning I will deliver the parcel myself for only £0.99! 

All orders placed are sent the next day except Sundays.

Orders in the UK are posted by the courier you choose: Royal Mail or EVRI.

• Royal Mail 1st class service - You will receive your order with 1-3 working days from dispatch.
• Insured EVRI Tracked Shipping 1st class (1-3 working days)
• Standard UK FREE Shipping Royal Mail 48 2nd class (2-5 working days)

Orders placed in Europe, USA and all International countries can choose:

• Royal Mail Europe Tracked Mail (3-5 working days)
• Royal Mail USA, Canada & "Rest of the World" Tracked Mail (Up to 7 business days)

If you place an order before 8am it will be dispatched the same day Unfortunately Royal Mail does not operate on Bank Holidays so that does not count as a working day. For more information about delivery & returns click HERE!

Any enquires about your parcel please email admin@burnmymood.co.uk or burnmymood@outlook.com providing your order number and your enquiry.

Returns Policy

We have a 30 day return policy.  After 30 days we can only exchange your item. 

We can not offer a refund or exchange for used cosmetics, for example: opened essential oils, used incense cones, opened bath salts, used candles/waxmelts or any damaged items. If you return an item, everything returned must be in the original packaging we sent it in.

If you are unsure how to use an item you have bought, please don't hesitate to contact us via Email or on our Instagram page @BurnMyMood. We would love to help you use items correctly and we will also update our pages to make it clearer! Helping you will help us! 

You will also receive a leaflet in every parcel thanking you for purchasing us! It also includes instructions for items such as Ear Candles.

In the occasion we have a clearance sale, these items can not be refunded.
